Job Duties
- Ensure food safety compliance in all kitchen areas with focus on handwashing and raw chicken cross contamination
- Maintain cleanliness of all areas with a focus on customer perception
- Adhere to all uniform standards
- Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop solutions
- Anticipate and prevent operational bottlenecks
- React quickly and calmly to shift challenges
- Provide team direction and feedback
- Set up the next shift leader for success through stocking and cleaning
- Consult with management on complex issues
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with the team
- Report employee performance and policy violations to management
