Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching for all restaurant employees
- Desire to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants developing leaders empowering employees and encouraging employee productivity
- Ability to oversee restaurant condition and compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
- Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multi-task and perform repeated bending standing and reaching and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant setting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage physical requirements of the role
Job Duties
