Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for restaurant employees
- Desire to maintain high retention through hiring and employee empowerment
- Ability to ensure compliance with company and Health Department Standards
- Ability to oversee merchandising and marketing programs
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with sufficient experience
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience
- Proven leadership abilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and manage a physically demanding role
- Experience in coaching and employee development
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
- Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
- Ensure restaurant conditions comply with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- Use P&L and store reports to drive changes and improve performance
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Manage multiple tasks including physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
