The Restaurant Manager position at 7-Eleven represents a vital leadership role within its restaurant management teams. Restaurant Managers will be responsible for overseeing, training, and coaching restaurant staff to ensure high performance and excellent customer experiences. Job Requirements

  • Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for restaurant employees
  • Desire to maintain high retention through hiring and employee empowerment
  • Ability to ensure compliance with company and Health Department Standards
  • Ability to oversee merchandising and marketing programs
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with sufficient experience

  • At least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
  • Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
  • Ensure restaurant conditions comply with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Implement all merchandising and marketing programs
  • Use P&L and store reports to drive changes and improve performance
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Manage multiple tasks including physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
