Job Requirements
- Ability to multi-task

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Previous supervisory experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel
- Ability to interpret and utilize financial and operational reports
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
- Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
- Oversee the restaurant condition ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards
- Implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- Use P&L and store reports to make operational changes
- Communicate effectively through excellent oral and written skills
- Utilize proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
