The role of Restaurant Manager at 7-Eleven is a dynamic and rewarding leadership position within their restaurant management team. A Restaurant Manager at 7-Eleven is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service leadership, employee training, adherence to health and safety standards, merchandising, and marketing initiatives. 7-Eleven's Restaurant Managers are empowered to make strategic decisions based on P&L and store report analyses, ensuring operational efficiency and business growth. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Previous supervisory experience in restaurant management
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel
  • Ability to interpret and utilize financial and operational reports
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
  • Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
  • Oversee the restaurant condition ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards
  • Implement all merchandising and marketing programs
  • Use P&L and store reports to make operational changes
  • Communicate effectively through excellent oral and written skills
  • Utilize proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
