Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multi-task perform repeated bending standing and reaching
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Commitment to maintaining company policies and health standards

Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching for all restaurant employees
- Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants developing leaders empowering employees and encouraging productivity
- Oversee the restaurant condition ensuring compliance with company policies procedures and Health Department Standards
- Implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- Use P&L and store reports to affect change
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Utilize computer knowledge to manage operational tasks
