Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multi-task perform repeated bending standing and reaching
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Commitment to maintaining company policies and health standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching for all restaurant employees
  • Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants developing leaders empowering employees and encouraging productivity
  • Oversee the restaurant condition ensuring compliance with company policies procedures and Health Department Standards
  • Implement all merchandising and marketing programs
  • Use P&L and store reports to affect change
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Utilize computer knowledge to manage operational tasks
