Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum one year of restaurant management experience if no diploma
  • Ability to oversee customer service leadership and employee training
  • Knowledge of company policies and Health Department standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical activities including bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience if diploma is not held
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to use financial and operational reports to drive store success
  • Ability to multitask and maintain physical stamina required for the role

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
  • Maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
  • Ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards
  • Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
  • Use profit and loss statements and store reports to make data-driven decisions
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Utilize computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel for management reporting and communication
