Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience for candidates without diploma
  • Ability to oversee customer service and staff training
  • Ability to maintain high employee retention and productivity
  • Ability to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Ability to manage merchandising and marketing programs
  • Familiarity with P&L and financial reporting
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Capacity to multitask and perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or restaurant management experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word and Excel preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to multitask and handle physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to analyze financial reports for decision making

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
  • Desire to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
  • Oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards
  • Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
  • Use P&L and store reports to affect change
  • Communicate effectively with staff and management
  • Ensure safety and sanitation standards are maintained
