As the fastest-growing chicken concept in the country, Raising Cane's is on track to become a top 10 restaurant brand in the United States. Their unique culture emphasizes a 'Work Hard. Have Fun.' philosophy, cultivating an engaging, dynamic, and supportive work environment for all team members. The company values each crewmember's contribution to its rapid growth and sustained success, encouraging individuals to join their team and help Raise The Bar in the restaurant industry.

The role available at Raising Cane's is the Restaurant Leader position, pivotal in driving operational excellence and fostering a positive work culture. This full-time position offers a competitive starting salary of $70,000 annually, with an additional monthly training incentive of $1,500. Pay can vary based on location, experience, and qualifications, while monthly incentives after training depend on the restaurant's profitability. This leadership role requires managing the strategic direction of the restaurant, upholding company standards, and steering the team towards sales and profit growth through effective people development.

This role ensures compliance with policies, standards, and laws, manages financial forecasting and budgeting, and leads hiring, training, and development of management-level crewmembers. It also entails acting as the manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant, handling cash management, and monitoring profit and loss statements.

Success in this position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual capable of juggling multiple priorities that may shift rapidly. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, effective written and verbal communication abilities, and a self-driven and flexible nature to adapt to fast-changing circumstances. Proficiency in technology systems such as Microsoft Office and a readiness to learn new platforms is necessary. The role demands supervisory experience in restaurant or retail management, with at least five years of relevant background and preferred experience in new restaurant openings and local marketing. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, with a minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license.

Raising Cane's offers a comprehensive benefits package to its full-time Restaurant Managers, including medical, dental, vision, pharmacy benefits, dependent care and healthcare flexible spending accounts, company-provided life and disability insurance, hospital indemnity, accident and critical illness coverage, a 401(k) plan with employer match for employees 21 and older, financial advisory services for budget and retirement planning, one pass gym membership program, tuition reimbursement, a crewmember assistance program, and pet insurance. Additional perks include weekly pay, paid time off, sick time, paid holidays, early closure for company events, casual work attire, and employee discount programs through Perkspot.

Working at Raising Cane's means joining a team that values dedication and passion, creating an environment where leaders are empowered to make impactful decisions that contribute to the restaurant’s financial and operational success, while fostering a fun and inviting atmosphere for crewmembers and customers alike.
