Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to travel as needed for work-related functions and training
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to new technologies
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle physical demands including standing, walking, lifting, and bending
- Must comply with company policies and act as brand ambassador in all dealings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some college preferred
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Experience in new restaurant opening and local marketing preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Self-driven with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management
- Valid driver's license
Job Duties
- Ensure overall financial success of the restaurant including forecasting and budgeting
- Maintain restaurant compliance with company standards, policies, and laws
- Hire and terminate management-level crewmembers including payroll processing
- Create crewmember work and training schedules
- Develop management-level crewmembers through performance management
- Act as manager on duty including opening and closing the restaurant and managing cash handling
- Monitor profit and loss statements and execute strategies to improve financial and operational performance
- Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
- Use required tools and logs to support shift execution and document results
- Deploy crewmembers during shifts and provide exemplary customer service
- Utilize reward and recognition programs for crewmembers
- Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness and facility maintenance
- Achieve and maintain training restaurant status
- Meet or exceed performance metrics in crew member and operations evaluations
- Complete other assigned duties
