Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 5 years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to travel as needed for work-related functions and training
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to new technologies
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle physical demands including standing, walking, lifting, and bending
  • Must comply with company policies and act as brand ambassador in all dealings

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Some college preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Experience in new restaurant opening and local marketing preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Ensure overall financial success of the restaurant including forecasting and budgeting
  • Maintain restaurant compliance with company standards, policies, and laws
  • Hire and terminate management-level crewmembers including payroll processing
  • Create crewmember work and training schedules
  • Develop management-level crewmembers through performance management
  • Act as manager on duty including opening and closing the restaurant and managing cash handling
  • Monitor profit and loss statements and execute strategies to improve financial and operational performance
  • Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
  • Use required tools and logs to support shift execution and document results
  • Deploy crewmembers during shifts and provide exemplary customer service
  • Utilize reward and recognition programs for crewmembers
  • Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness and facility maintenance
  • Achieve and maintain training restaurant status
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics in crew member and operations evaluations
  • Complete other assigned duties
