Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant or retail management
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends and travel
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage and develop staff
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain professionalism as a brand ambassador

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some college preferred
  • 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • New restaurant opening experience preferred
  • Local restaurant marketing experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to manage staff and develop team performance
  • Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to handle customer interactions professionally

Job Duties

  • Ensure overall financial success by forecasting and budgeting
  • Ensure restaurant compliance with company standards, policies and laws
  • Hire and terminate management-level crewmembers and process payroll
  • Create crewmember work and training schedules
  • Develop management-level crewmembers including performance management
  • Act as manager on duty and manage opening and closing procedures
  • Monitor profit and loss statements and execute financial and operational strategies
