Job Duties
- Ensure overall financial success of the restaurant including forecasting and budgeting
- maintain restaurant compliance with company standards, policies, and laws
- hire and terminate management-level crewmembers, including status changes and payroll processing
- develop work and training schedules for crewmembers
- develop management-level crewmembers through performance management
- act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant, and managing cash handling
- monitor profit and loss statements and develop strategic plans for financial and operational performance
