Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • possess valid driver’s license
  • physically able to work in a fast-paced environment requiring lifting, standing, and walking
  • flexible to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and travel as needed
  • able to manage public interactions professionally consistent with brand policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • some college preferred
  • minimum 5 years restaurant or retail management experience
  • proven leadership and people development skills
  • strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • capable of handling fast-paced work environment
  • experience with new restaurant openings and local marketing preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to manage various shifts including weekends and evenings
  • emotionally intelligent with problem-solving capabilities

Job Duties

  • Ensure overall financial success of the restaurant including forecasting and budgeting
  • maintain restaurant compliance with company standards, policies, and laws
  • hire and terminate management-level crewmembers, including status changes and payroll processing
  • develop work and training schedules for crewmembers
  • develop management-level crewmembers through performance management
  • act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant, and managing cash handling
  • monitor profit and loss statements and develop strategic plans for financial and operational performance
