Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- possess valid driver’s license
- physically able to work in a fast-paced environment requiring lifting, standing, and walking
- flexible to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and travel as needed
- able to manage public interactions professionally consistent with brand policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- some college preferred
- minimum 5 years restaurant or retail management experience
- proven leadership and people development skills
- strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- capable of handling fast-paced work environment
- experience with new restaurant openings and local marketing preferred
- valid driver’s license
- ability to manage various shifts including weekends and evenings
- emotionally intelligent with problem-solving capabilities
Job Duties
- Ensure overall financial success of the restaurant including forecasting and budgeting
- maintain restaurant compliance with company standards, policies, and laws
- hire and terminate management-level crewmembers, including status changes and payroll processing
- develop work and training schedules for crewmembers
- develop management-level crewmembers through performance management
- act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant, and managing cash handling
- monitor profit and loss statements and develop strategic plans for financial and operational performance
