Job Description

This job opportunity is with a franchisee of Taco Bell, a well-known fast-food restaurant chain specializing in Mexican-inspired cuisine. It is important to note that this position is directly with the franchisee, who operates independently from Taco Bell Corp. and its affiliated companies. The franchisee functions as an independent business owner, managing their own wage and benefit programs, which means these can vary from one franchise location to another. This offers a unique environment where entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to quality service converge to create rewarding career opportunities.

Taco Bell franchisees are dedicated to embodying the brand's core mission to "Serve Others" with Mas Heart. This role is a leadership position that plays a crucial part in the success and overall performance of the restaurant. As a leader on-site, you will take full ownership of your day-to-day operations and be instrumental in driving your team's engagement, training, and performance. Your success will be measured by the strength and skill of your crew, their ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences, and the operational efficiency of your restaurant.

Your primary responsibility will be to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that lives the Taco Bell culture and provides customers with an exceptional dining experience. By fostering a motivating and rewarding workplace culture, you will empower your team to grow, achieve promotions, and build successful careers. You will lead with a positive and "Here to Serve" attitude that resonates both with team members and customers alike.

In this role, you are expected to manage the profit and loss (P&L) aspects of the restaurant, ensuring that business goals are met and exceeded through careful oversight of costs, sales, and operational standards. You are responsible for ensuring the restaurant adheres to Taco Bell's brand standards while making certain that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care. Working approximately 50 hours per week, you will need to be proactive, hands-on, and fully engaged in every facet of the restaurant's operations.

This position is well-suited for individuals who are passionate about the food service industry and who thrive in leadership roles where they can make a measurable impact. Whether you have previous management experience or are looking to step into a role where you can influence the direction and success of a restaurant, this opportunity offers a pathway to a fulfilling career. The role emphasizes personal growth, teamwork, customer service excellence, and a vibrant, inclusive culture inspired by Taco Bell's brand values.

If you embody a service-oriented mindset, leadership flair, and a commitment to operational excellence, this role could be the perfect fit. Working with a Taco Bell franchisee means you’ll be part of a dynamic, locally owned business passionate about serving customers with quality, speed, and a touch of Mas Heart every day.
