Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years related work experience preferred
- Ability to supervise and lead dining staff
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform minor food preparation
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and service standards
- Ability to work with professionalism and knowledge of menu content

- Three years previous related work experience preferred
- Knowledge of dining service standards and hospitality best practices

Job Duties
- Supervise dining staff and maintain all standards, policies and procedures
