The Pool Lead role at FORTH Hotel and Club is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about hospitality and dedicated to delivering exceptional guest service. This position plays a critical role in supporting the Restaurant Manager, assisting with staff training and development, and overseeing the daily restaurant operations. As a Pool Lead, you will manage a team to ensure seamless service delivery in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • proven experience as a host, server, or cashier
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong leadership abilities
  • knowledge of restaurant operations
  • problem solving skills
  • cash handling experience
  • experience with MICROS POS system
  • TIPS, CPR, and Serve Safe certification preferred
  • understanding of food safety
  • proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
  • ability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications
