  • ServSafe Manager Certification

Job Qualifications

  • 2-4+ years experience as a restaurant kitchen manager
  • ServSafe Manager Certification
  • TIPS (Training Intervention Procedures) alcohol certification preferred
  • proven leadership skills
  • strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
  • ability to inspire and motivate teams

Job Duties

  • Lead the back of house/kitchen team
  • hire and train new kitchen team members
  • nurture and coach kitchen staff to achieve their full potential
  • ensure quality and consistency of recipes and flavor profiles
  • oversee kitchen operations and daily systems
  • maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • support expo roles
