Job Requirements
- 2-4+ years experience as a restaurant kitchen manager
- ServSafe Manager Certification required
- TIPs Alcohol Certification preferred
- Ability to lead and train kitchen staff effectively
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Job Duties
- Support the General Manager by leading the back of house and kitchen team
- Hire and train new kitchen team members
- Nurture and coach kitchen and BOH team members to reach their full potential
- Ensure quality and consistency of recipes and flavor profiles
- Lead kitchen operations and daily systems management
- Enforce food safety and sanitation protocols
- Support expo roles and facilitate communication between kitchen and front of house
