Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum two years of experience in full service kitchen settings
strong leadership and team building skills
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
passion for food quality and customer service
knowledge of inventory and cost control practices

Job Qualifications

two or more years of full service kitchen experience
proven leadership abilities
strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
excellent communication and organizational skills
ability to work in a fast paced environment
prior kitchen or culinary management experience preferred

Job Duties

manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation
ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
oversee inventory control and ordering supplies
train and develop kitchen team members
collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure smooth operations
maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
monitor kitchen expenses and labor costs
