Job Requirements

  • one to two plus years of kitchen leadership experience
  • ability to work a 45-hour work week
  • availability to work varied shifts including weekends
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
  • strong communication skills
  • willingness to learn and follow company procedures

  • monitor kitchen operations to optimize efficiency and costs
