Job Requirements

  • Experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar culinary position
  • Post-high school education background of 2-3 years or comparable skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Ability to manage and lead a kitchen team effectively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar culinary position
  • Post-high school education background of 2-3 years or comparable skills
  • Culinary degree advantageous but not required
  • Advanced knowledge of food service industry principles and best practices
  • Strong communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing
  • Experience in personnel oversight and problem solving in a fast-moving kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • Coordinate staff and culinary activities for optimal performance
  • Provide leadership and manage kitchen personnel
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and quality control
  • Develop menus and recipes with creativity and standardization
  • Procure essential food items based on consumption estimates
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and conduct safety checks
  • Train and mentor culinary team members
