Job Requirements
- Two to three years management experience in high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant preferred
- Education and/or experience normally associated with completion of a degree program in business or hospitality
- Successful completion Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program
- Ability to work approximately 55-60 hours per week
- Capability to stand and walk for 2-5 hours without a rest break
- Ability to lift heavy items over 25lbs frequently
- Comfortable working in environments with cooking equipment and slippery floors
- Willingness to travel for training and meetings
- Relocation may be necessary as hiring is for multiple locations
Job Qualifications

- Supervise kitchen staff performance
- Maintain labor and cost controls
- Support overall restaurant operations in management's absence
- Conduct training and development for kitchen employees
