Job Requirements
- Experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar culinary position
- Post-high school education background of 2-3 years or comparable skills
- Knowledge of food service industry best practices
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate kitchen personnel
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving culinary setting
