The Restaurant Kitchen Manager at Red Robin plays a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day kitchen operations while upholding the company’s high standards for excellence. This position demands a dedicated leader who passionately supports the scratch cooking ethos, crafting unique artisanal American dishes and gourmet burgers that define the Red Robin brand. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for inventory control, ordering, and managing key Profit and Loss (P&L) lines, which directly impact the restaurant’s success. Beyond operational oversight, this role embodies the spirit of a brand ambassador, fostering a culture focused on continuous improvement and an optimistic "better for being here" mentality.

Eligibility for this role offers a competitive compensation range from $56,485 to $68,800 annually alongside the opportunity to share in the financial success of the restaurant through an uncapped bonus program. The establishment is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas, allowing employees to enjoy these holidays fully. Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Two years of management experience
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong P&L knowledge
  • Ability to obtain required certifications and permits as required by state or local law
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of management experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Knowledge of P&L management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to obtain required certifications and permits
  • Preferred knowledge of local and state health codes
  • Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hotschedules
