Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Two years of management experience
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong P&L knowledge
  • Ability to obtain required certifications and permits as required by state or local law
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of management experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Knowledge of P&L management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to obtain required certifications and permits
  • Preferred knowledge of local and state health codes
  • Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hotschedules

  • Ensure seamless day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Uphold company standards and brand values
  • Manage inventory and place orders
  • Oversee key Profit and Loss lines
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Motivate and develop kitchen team
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
