Old Chicago Pizza (OCP) is a renowned full service casual dining restaurant chain that has been passionately serving craft beer enthusiasts and food lovers since 1976. With over 100 locations, Old Chicago has established itself as a go-to destination for the highest quality local and international beers, complemented by a menu of fresh, handcrafted pizzas and taproom fare. The company prides itself on a vibrant atmosphere that combines great food, excellent beer, and a welcoming vibe where customers feel at home. This commitment to quality and experience has fueled Old Chicago's success and continual growth over its 40-plus year history.
Old Chicago's unique culture revolves around the notion that craft beer isn’t just a trend, but a way of life. The restaurant's focus on quality ingredients and scratch-made recipes underlines its dedication to satisfying customers with both taste and authenticity. Whether it's the fresh, made-from-scratch pizzas or the curated selection of beers, Old Chicago keeps the essence of casual dining alive while delivering an exceptional guest experience. The company’s emphasis on community, good times, and high standards has created an inviting environment that appeals to a diverse crowd—from families and friends to beer aficionados and food connoisseurs.
We are currently seeking motivated, experienced Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a well-established brand with unlimited career growth potential within a supportive and energetic workplace. The position involves overseeing restaurant front of house operations, managing service teams, and collaborating closely with assistant managers to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. As a leader, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of service, product quality, and guest satisfaction that Old Chicago is known for.
This full-time role comes with a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $58,000 per year and offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, in addition to paid time off and a 401k plan. Bonus opportunities are tied to restaurant financial performance, providing additional earning potential for motivated individuals. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in restaurant management within a full service restaurant environment and a valid driver's license is required.
At Old Chicago, you will join a team that values growth, teamwork, and a passion for delivering the best customer experience. We offer you the chance to build your career and make a meaningful impact in a growing company that celebrates craft beer and quality dining. Your leadership will help enhance the atmosphere that keeps customers coming back and the legacy of Old Chicago thriving for many more years to come.
