  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Job Duties

  • Manage food production to ensure quality and consistency
  • Operate the Back-of-the-House following Golden Corral’s procedures and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Oversee labor and scheduling in the absence of senior managers
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
  • Support the restaurant’s operational goals and guest satisfaction
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold company standards
