Job Duties
- Manage food production to ensure quality and consistency
- Operate the Back-of-the-House following Golden Corral’s procedures and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- Oversee labor and scheduling in the absence of senior managers
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Support the restaurant’s operational goals and guest satisfaction
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold company standards
