The role of the Hourly Manager at Cook Out is a hands-on leadership position where managers do more than supervise from the sidelines; they actively participate side-by-side with their teams. This role involves managing all aspects of a high-volume restaurant, from front counter service to food preparation at the grill. Hourly Managers at Cook Out lead and develop their team by coaching, training, and recognizing talent to build a world-class workforce. They are responsible for meeting and exceeding operational standards, ensuring efficient use of food, labor, and paper resources through strategic planning and oversight. Providing outstanding customer service is a priority, making sure that every customer experience is fast, friendly, and of high quality. Successful candidates will have at least one year of management experience, preferably in restaurant settings, strong communication skills needed to lead large teams and engage with customers effectively, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking under pressure is the norm.
