As an Hourly Manager at Cook Out, you will be entrusted with leading and developing your team by coaching, training, and recognizing talent to build a world-class workforce. You will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring that the front counter and grill are running efficiently and effectively. Managing food, labor, and paper costs with smart planning and a keen eye on performance metrics will be your responsibility to maintain profitability and operational excellence. The hourly manager is also the frontline ambassador for customer service, ensuring each guest enjoys a fast, friendly, and high-quality dining experience. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and have a passion for leadership and delivering excellent results.
