Job Requirements
- At least one year of management experience
- Ability to lead and communicate effectively with large teams
- Ability to multitask under high-pressure conditions
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Willingness to work hands-on alongside team members
- Commitment to maintaining quality and customer service standards

Job Duties
- Lead and develop team members through coaching, training, and recognition
- Manage all aspects of a high-volume restaurant including front counter and grill operations
- Meet and exceed standards for food quality, labor, and paper cost control through efficient planning
- Ensure excellent customer service by delivering fast, friendly, and high-quality experiences
- Oversee daily operational tasks to maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance
- Motivate staff to achieve performance goals and foster a positive work environment
- Handle scheduling and labor management to optimize team productivity
