Job Requirements

  • At least one year of management experience
  • Ability to lead and communicate effectively with large teams
  • Ability to multitask under high-pressure conditions
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Willingness to work hands-on alongside team members
  • Commitment to maintaining quality and customer service standards

Job Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven record of effectively managing employees and operations
  • Basic computer literacy for scheduling and reporting

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop team members through coaching, training, and recognition
  • Manage all aspects of a high-volume restaurant including front counter and grill operations
  • Meet and exceed standards for food quality, labor, and paper cost control through efficient planning
  • Ensure excellent customer service by delivering fast, friendly, and high-quality experiences
  • Oversee daily operational tasks to maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance
  • Motivate staff to achieve performance goals and foster a positive work environment
  • Handle scheduling and labor management to optimize team productivity
