Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of management experience
- Ability to lead a large team and interact effectively with customers
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of coaching, training, and developing employees
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable and committed work ethic

Job Duties
- Lead and develop the team by coaching, training, and recognizing talent

- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
