Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of management experience
  • Ability to lead a large team and interact effectively with customers
  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of coaching, training, and developing employees
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable and committed work ethic

  • Strong communication abilities to lead a large team and interact with customers effectively
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with multitasking capacity

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop the team by coaching, training, and recognizing talent
  • Manage all operational aspects of a high-volume restaurant from front counter to grill
  • Meet and exceed standards for food, labor, and paper costs through effective planning
  • Ensure every customer visit is fast, friendly, and high-quality
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
  • Monitor and improve employee performance
  • Handle customer issues and resolve them promptly
