Job Description
Cook Out is one of the fastest-growing quick service restaurant (QSR) companies in the United States, known for delivering high-quality food with exceptional customer service. Established with a focus on performance-driven growth, Cook Out has built a reputation for fostering strong leadership and rewarding excellence within its workforce. This company is committed to creating not just jobs, but meaningful careers where employees can thrive and grow. With a vibrant and collaborative culture, Cook Out emphasizes hard work, teamwork, and fun, making it a desirable place for those looking to advance in the restaurant industry.
The company is currently expanding its management team and looking for energetic, hardworking leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who want to take charge of their career path and are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences while leading by example. At Cook Out, the role of an Hourly Manager goes beyond ordinary management tasks; it involves being a "hands-on" leader who works alongside team members to ensure every customer visit is fast, friendly, and consistently high-quality.
This position offers competitive pay based on experience and additional performance-based bonuses, reflecting Cook Out's commitment to rewarding hard work and dedication. The company supports a healthy work-life balance with 4 to 5 day work weeks and flexible scheduling. Employees also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 90 days of employment. Financial security is supported through a 401k plan with up to 4% matching. Paid vacation time is provided along with holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas Day off. As a bonus, employees receive free food while working, adding to the positive work environment.
In this role, Hourly Managers will be responsible for leading and developing their teams by coaching, training, and recognizing talent to build a world-class workforce. Managing the operations of a high-volume restaurant will require oversight of both front-of-house activities and kitchen processes to ensure smooth performance in all areas. Managers will need to skillfully plan to meet and exceed standards related to food quality, labor efficiency, and cost controls. Ensuring every customer has an outstanding experience through quick service and friendly interactions remains a top priority.
Cook Out values candidates who have at least one year of management experience, preferably in the restaurant industry, with a proven ability to lead large teams and communicate effectively with both staff and customers. The ideal manager excels in fast-paced settings, demonstrating the capacity to multitask under pressure while maintaining high standards. Leadership skills focused on coaching and training successful employees are essential to help the team and company grow.
For those ready to start their career or take it to the next level, Cook Out offers a welcoming environment where talent and effort are recognized and rewarded. Join the Cook Out family and be part of a company that is not only building tasty meals but also building careers that last.
