The Hourly Manager position is designed for high-energy, hands-on leaders who aren’t content just to oversee operations from a distance but who actively engage with their teams on the front lines. As an Hourly Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering an amazing customer experience by working side-by-side with your staff to ensure service is fast, friendly, and of the highest quality. This role requires a blend of leadership, operational expertise, and interpersonal skills to manage a high-volume restaurant effectively.
The position offers competitive pay based on experience, along with performance-based bonuses to reward excellence.
