The role of Hourly Restaurant Manager at Cook Out is an integral leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a high-volume restaurant. This is a hands-on role where managers not only lead and develop their teams but also actively participate in operations, from managing the front counter to cooking on the grill. The Hourly Restaurant Manager is tasked with delivering an exceptional customer experience through effective team leadership, operational management, and maintaining high standards for food quality and customer service. The position offers competitive pay based on experience and includes performance-based bonuses. Work-life balance is supported through flexible scheduling and 4 to 5 day work weeks. After 90 days, employees gain access to full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, coupled with financial security via a 401k plan with up to 4% matching.
