Job Duties
- Lead and develop staff through coaching, training, and recognition
- Manage all operational aspects of a high-volume restaurant including front counter and grill
- Meet and exceed food, labor, and paper cost standards through effective planning
- Ensure fast, friendly, and high-quality customer service
- Work side-by-side with team members during shifts
- Monitor restaurant performance and implement improvements
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
