Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year management experience

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant management experience preferred

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of coaching and developing staff
  • Ability to multitask and manage pressure effectively

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop staff through coaching, training, and recognition
  • Manage all operational aspects of a high-volume restaurant including front counter and grill
  • Meet and exceed food, labor, and paper cost standards through effective planning
  • Ensure fast, friendly, and high-quality customer service
  • Work side-by-side with team members during shifts
  • Monitor restaurant performance and implement improvements
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
