Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of management experience
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • capacity to multitask and handle stress effectively
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • leadership ability with a focus on team development

Job Duties

  • lead and develop: coach, train, and recognize talent to build a world-class team
  • manage all aspects of a high-volume restaurant, from the front counter to the grill
  • meet and exceed standards for food, labor, and paper costs through smart planning
  • ensure every visit is fast, friendly, and high-quality
  • work side-by-side with team members to deliver an amazing experience for every customer
  • oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and compliance
  • motivate and lead the team to achieve performance goals
