Job Duties
- lead and develop: coach, train, and recognize talent to build a world-class team
- manage all aspects of a high-volume restaurant, from the front counter to the grill
- meet and exceed standards for food, labor, and paper costs through smart planning
- ensure every visit is fast, friendly, and high-quality
- work side-by-side with team members to deliver an amazing experience for every customer
- oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and compliance
