The role of Host/Hostess is pivotal within our team, serving as the initial point of contact for guests and setting the tone for their entire dining experience. This position involves warmly greeting and welcoming guests upon their arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to right from the start. Responsibilities include accommodating special needs by providing booster seats, high chairs, or assistance for guests with disabilities, managing phone inquiries courteously, and maintaining an efficient online waitlist system to optimize seating flow. The Host/Hostess also plays a supportive role for servers by assisting with food and drink service, cleaning tables, and facilitating a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all patrons. Additionally, this role may require processing to-go orders and delivering them to guests’ vehicles upon request.

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting light weights and standing for extended periods. A keen attention to cleanliness, punctuality, and professionalism in appearance are essential to carry out the duties effectively. Job Duties
