Job Duties
- Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive and bid them farewell as they depart
- Accommodate guests' special needs, including providing boosters, highchairs, or assistance for disabilities
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and friendliness
- Manage an online waitlist to ensure efficient guest flow
- Take and process to-go orders, delivering them to guests' vehicles when needed
- Support servers by assisting with food and drink service, cleaning tables, and ensuring a smooth dining experience
