At Bloom, we are currently seeking a full-time Host/Hostess to join our dedicated team. This role is vital to our commitment to delivering the best possible dining experience, as the Host or Hostess serves as the first point of contact for our guests. We look for candidates with a proven background in customer service and the restaurant industry, who can bring impeccable communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Our busy setting demands someone who can remain composed under pressure, demonstrate patience, and maintain a positive, professional attitude at all times.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a warm and outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality and food service. Initiative is important, as this position requires the ability to manage high-volume periods and help set the tone for an enjoyable dining atmosphere. Fluency in English is required, and multilingual skills are a plus to better accommodate our diverse customer base.
