Job Requirements
- Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment preferred
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clear, friendly interaction
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, guest services, and hospitality standards
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills
- Prior experience in hotel or hospitality settings is advantageous but not required
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light loads as needed

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Escort guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit
- Answer phone inquiries with courteous professionalism, assisting with reservations and general questions
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize seating flow and reduce wait times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area, ensuring a welcoming environment
- Handle guest concerns promptly and courteously, demonstrating excellent guest relations skills
