Job Requirements

  • Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment preferred
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clear, friendly interaction
  • Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, guest services, and hospitality standards
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills
  • Prior experience in hotel or hospitality settings is advantageous but not required
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light loads as needed
