This full-time Host position at the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay falls within the Food and Beverage & Culinary category and reports as a non-management role. The host will play a crucial part in ensuring guests receive a warm, welcoming experience upon arrival and throughout their visit. The role involves greeting guests, managing seating arrangements, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, and upholding Marriott's high standards of hospitality.

In this position, you will be the first impression guests have of the dining experience at the hotel’s restaurants. Responsibilities include finding appropriate seating for guests, assisting those with special seating needs, and ensuring that each place setting is immaculate, including clean silverware, napkins, and menus. The role requires constant attention to detail to maintain an inviting and orderly dining environment by monitoring dining room availability and cleanliness throughout the day while practicing safety and security protocols.

As a host, you will also be expected to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues. This includes answering telephones with proper etiquette and supporting team efforts to achieve common goals.
