Job Duties
- Greet guests with courtesy and professionalism
- Handle phone calls
- Manage reservations
- Assist with seating arrangements
- Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation by regularly sanitizing the front entrance, host stand, and lobby areas
- Familiarize yourself with the restaurant’s seating layout to efficiently assist in seating guests and delivering food to tables
- Set tables according to P.F. Chang's standards and clear tables promptly and neatly
- Learn the processes for curbside service and takeout to assist guests effectively
- Complete side work as necessary for each shift to ensure a smooth operation
