The Restaurant Host/Hostess will be responsible for making a great first impression by greeting guests in a genuine and friendly manner, answering phones with a warm tone, and efficiently handling reservations through a reservation system. Mastery of the food and beverage menu is important to competently respond to menu-related questions and guide guests through their dining options. Multitasking skills are essential, as the host/hostess will need to manage multiple guest interactions simultaneously, prioritizing their duties to maintain the flow of service smoothly. Additionally, this role requires undertaking housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restroom cleaning, contributing to a clean and pleasant dining environment. There may also be opportunities to act as a peer mentor for new team members, demonstrating leadership and supporting team cohesion under the guidance of management.
