Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of reservation management systems

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly, cheerfully, and professionally upon arrival
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists accurately
- Maintain control of the seating chart and dining room flow
- Communicate clearly with servers, kitchen, and management on pacing and availability
- Provide accurate wait times and manage guest expectations
- Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
