We are currently seeking an experienced host to join our team and contribute positively to our guest experience. This position is available for both full-time and part-time employment, with shifts offering a flexible schedule including day shifts with 8 or 10-hour durations. The hourly pay ranges from $14.00 to $16.00, depending on experience and availability. As a host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their visit with your approachable personality, organizational skills, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate should be welcoming and approachable, capable of efficiently managing seating arrangements and guest flow during busy periods. You will be responsible for greeting and seating guests promptly, managing our waitlist when the café reaches full capacity, and assisting with cleaning and resetting tables to maintain a smooth and pleasant dining environment. Teamwork is essential in this role, as you will work closely with servers and other staff to ensure that all guests receive attentive and friendly service. Your ability to stay organized and calm under pressure will help us maintain high standards and provide excellent hospitality.
