Job Requirements

  • Experience in a kitchen/service environment preferred
  • ability to safely lift or move with designated equipment, up to 25 pounds
  • flexible schedule required including weekends and holidays
  • commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • must comply with state-specific regulations as applicable
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Oversee the dining front entrance and lobby
  • greet residents and guests warmly and welcomingly upon their arrival
  • provide the appropriate number of menus when escorting guests to their tables
  • communicate effectively with guests, manage crowds, and ensure guests are comfortable while waiting for their table
  • answer the phone professionally and follow up on requests
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen
  • assist in training the wait staff
