Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • experience with reservation systems such as OpenTable preferred
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • proficiency in English
  • ability to lift or carry items up to 40 pounds
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • experience with reservation systems such as OpenTable preferred
  • strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • proficiency in English required
  • a second language is a plus
  • ability to lift or carry items up to 40 pounds
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly while delivering a warm and professional first impression
  • manage reservations and guest flow using OpenTable and other systems
  • answer and direct phone calls for reservations, guest inquiries, and internal communication
  • coordinate room service and to-go orders efficiently and accurately
  • maintain awareness of VIP guests and special requests
  • handle cash, credit card transactions, and guest room charges accurately
  • communicate effectively with service staff and kitchen team to support smooth operations
  • maintain an organized host stand and clean work environment
  • provide knowledgeable responses to guest questions regarding menus and restaurant offerings
  • support team members as needed to ensure an exceptional guest experience
