Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • ability to greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
  • availability for full-time or part-time shifts
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • capacity to stand and move for extended periods
  • commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • ability to work well under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • positive and energetic personality
  • strong teamwork and multitasking abilities
  • basic math skills for handling guest seating and waitlists

Job Duties

  • Greeting and seating guests in timely manner
  • managing restaurant waiting list during high volume times to accurately set guest expectations
  • assisting in cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables for next guests
  • performing opening and closing duties
  • maintaining a positive and friendly attitude
  • communicating effectively with team members and management
  • ensuring guest satisfaction throughout dining experience
