Job Requirements

  • current New Mexico Food Handler Certification
  • ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more
  • must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 10+ pounds frequently
  • excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask
  • 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • high school diploma or equivalent experience/training

Job Duties

  • maintain high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
  • passionately deliver refined, seamless service
  • comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards at all times
  • welcome guests to the unique dining experience
  • assign guests to suitable tables and according to guidelines for server rotation
  • share the story, inspiration, and culinary mindset of the restaurant to our guests
  • respond to guest challenges and find the appropriate resolution in a timely and professional manner
