The role of Restaurant Host at Ned's Club Spokane Valley places you at the forefront of member experience as one of the first friendly faces that members and their guests encounter upon arrival. As a Restaurant Host, you are responsible for warmly welcoming members and guests, ensuring they are comfortably settled, and setting a positive tone for their entire visit. Your role involves managing reservation queries, coordinating closely with the membership relations team, and providing crucial guest information to service teams to help deliver personalized and memorable hospitality experiences.

The position demands a calm and composed demeanor capable of handling high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism. With many members being high-profile individuals who deeply value their privacy, confidentiality and discretion are key attributes for success in this role. Physical demands include the ability to stand for entire shifts and lift up to 35 pounds. The typical working hours for this role are evening shifts starting from 3:00 PM until midnight or later, with flexibility required to cover weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
