Job Requirements
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Ability to manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, menu offerings, and promotions
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greets guests and escorts them to their seats in a courteous manner
- Presents menus and answers guest questions regarding the food and service
- Manages seating arrangements based on restaurant activity and reservations
- Performs opening and closing duties, ensuring the restaurant is ready for service
- Assists food and beverage staff with side-work and setup as needed
- Maintains knowledge of operating hours, menu items, promotions, and specials to assist guests
- Responds to guest inquiries and ensures their needs are met efficiently
- Creates and manages reservations using the property reservation system
- Maintains seating charts and confirms reservations, including large parties and special requests
- Ensures a clean and organized work environment at all times
- May assist with the setup and cleaning of function rooms when necessary
- Attends department meetings and completes assigned projects
