Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
no prior restaurant experience required
availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to stand for extended periods
excellent customer interaction skills
willingness to undergo training and development

Job Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
friendly and approachable demeanor
ability to work well in a team environment
basic knowledge of restaurant operations preferred
willingness to learn and adapt
prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival
manage the waitlist and reservations efficiently
escort guests to their tables
provide menus and explain daily specials
ensure the dining area is clean and welcoming
assist in coordinating communication between front of house and kitchen staff
handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
