Job Requirements

  • Must be able to read and communicate in English clearly and effectively
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Must demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Must possess manual ability to handle and serve food
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to maintain a positive attendance record
  • Must follow all company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant operations
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements
  • Maintain and update digital waitlists
  • Provide menus and inform guests of server names
  • Communicate special seating requests to management
  • Assist with phone orders when necessary
  • Support bussing and resetting tables
  • Bid guests farewell ensuring a positive departure experience
  • Follow sanitation and safety standards
  • Perform end-of-shift checkout procedures
  • Assist team members with sidework and station duties
