Job Requirements
- Must be able to read and communicate in English clearly and effectively
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- Must demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Must possess manual ability to handle and serve food
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to maintain a positive attendance record
- Must follow all company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Maintain and update digital waitlists
- Provide menus and inform guests of server names
- Communicate special seating requests to management
- Assist with phone orders when necessary
- Support bussing and resetting tables
- Bid guests farewell ensuring a positive departure experience
- Follow sanitation and safety standards
- Perform end-of-shift checkout procedures
- Assist team members with sidework and station duties
