We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hostess to join our team. This position serves as the crucial first point of contact for guests upon their arrival, playing a key role in setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. As a Hostess, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, providing accurate wait times, and ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for throughout their visit. Your role is essential in coordinating with wait staff to efficiently assign seating and maintain a smooth flow in the dining and bar areas.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a similar role within the hospitality industry, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and a thorough understanding of restaurant etiquette. Strong communication abilities, both in-person and over the phone, are vital, as you will handle guest inquiries and assist with seating arrangements. Physical stamina is also necessary since the role requires extended periods of standing and walking. Flexibility to work varying shifts is needed to meet the demands of the business.

Job Requirements
- Previous work experience as a hostess or waiter/waitress
- understanding of restaurant etiquette
- familiarity with health and safety regulations
- experience in managing reservations

- strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
- availability to work in shifts as needed
- good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
- high school diploma
- hospitality certification is a plus

Job Duties
- Welcome guests to the venue
- provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
