  • Greeting guests and managing the check-in process
  • Seating guests efficiently and providing accurate wait time estimates
  • Answering phones and assisting with guest inquiries
  • Managing and confirming reservations
  • Supporting the overall flow of the dining room
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand, entry, and lounge areas
  • Assisting with retail or front-of-house presentation as needed
